Long Time No See!

I haven't been posting for quite a while because of being totally awashed in developing the waterskiing sport for Malaysia via the activities in the big lake at Prescint 5 & 6 in Putrajaya. Please do go to my Facebook page to keep up with me at: http://www.facebook.com/hanifahyoongyinfah or visit my youtube channel at: http://www.youtube.com/user/yinfah?feature=mhee or at www.waterski.com.my or visit this page again soon. Thank you all and may you all be in good health.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MALAYSIA - ON THIS DAY I SOLD KACANG PUTIH SHIRTLESS

Happy 48th Malaya and Happy 43rd Malaysia!

I wish my beloved country continual harmony and prosperity - the only land that I've always yearned to return to whenever I had been away.

On this day, I was without a shirt outside the main entrance of the Merdeka Stadium selling kacang putih (dry fried peanuts) for 10 Malaysian cents (approximately one quarter of an american dime) a pack - normal price then was half what I charged. I thought these nuts being "goreng-ed" (dry fried) by meself had to command a better price as they tasted so good.

I was shoo-ed away a couple of times by the police before I decided to settle at the scoreboard entrance for the day. Since that day, I had been unfailingly conducting my peanuts business every Merdeka Football tournament season but selling inside the stadium at the VI stands...until I was roped into joining the Royal Military College by my fellow Methodist Boys' School senior OP Ronald Tan.

From the outside I still heard Tunku Abdul Rahman proclaiming Merdeka proudly seven times.

MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!

Google Earth - Now we can fly!

go download it at GOOGLE EARTH for free.

now i can fly to anywhere in the earth, swoop down to any building and see all the roads, buildings, as if i'm a pilot whether from 10 miles up or from 500 feet up...."shot" these KL north and KL south pics above.

this fantastic tool also allows me to save the map in whatever zoomed format for my use....

the more established cities/countries have more detailed features as i would imagine the satellite owners wouldn't be that much interested in batang kali as they would king's cross station...

i checked out the flats i used to live in in sussex gardens in london in 1969...they are still there!

the features allow you to tilt the mappings which makes the mountains and buildings three dimensional...

cool, cool, cool!!!

Life is a Transitional Journey

Much of what we are about escape our own wildest imagination.

The journey here is insignificant compared to what we will discover.

This is a log about what had happened, what will happen...here...in this mortal realm.

Maybe we will learn much from each other, given whatever our present lives' priorities and objectives.

Be guided by our conscience and have faith is all I ask.
